She did a book signing for her most recent Life Artist [fabulous book by the way] at Scrapbook Attack in Cedar Hills, so my mom and I went. She is as sweet and down-to-earth as you imagine her when reading her blog and her books. It was so nice to actually be able to meet in person someone who is so inspiring to me.
Besides meeting Ali, we got to play in one of the best scrapbooking supply stores I’ve ever been in. Yes, that’s right. Ali has completely changed my mind about scrapbooking. I am having a blast with it, and I am so excited that there are ways of preserving and enhancing photographs without covering them in pastel stickers.
Scrap Attack has drawers filled with letters and numbers. You know how I am about letters and numbers. Drawers. Filled. Needless to say, Heather was extremely happy.
