Bear with me as I have newly entered the magical realm of Apple.
I heart apple.
I don’t even care that I’m broke for the next two months. I am a proud owner of an imac, and Sooooo thankful to my husband for being so supportive and helping me to get it.
Setting up the imac was quite an experience — and by that, I don’t mean ordeal. It was just the opposite. You plug it in. You turn it on, and it takes you on this shiny trip through the cosmos, welcoming you in 25 different silver-lettered languages.
And then that’s it. You can start playing. I’m such a dork. I keep sitting here going, “the commercials are true! The commercials are true!” and dancing around like a kid at Christmas.
I’m all set up with Lightroom and Photoshop CS3 now, but I have yet to get all my images off the old PC and onto this sexy piece of technology. Needless to say, I’m quite impatient. I’d better go…too much work [slash play] to do. Well…that, and it’s almost 10am and I’m still in my PJs, but I think that’s allowed on Saturdays.
