This is the wall in our living room. It’s designated as the “focal wall” except that right now all you can see are little pencil marks and some masking tape strips.

This is one of the projects I wanted to work on for my “birthday week.” I’m pretty excited about it…but we’ll all just have to be patient until it’s done.
P.S. On the subject of wall colors, my favorite photographer Anna Kuperberg just posted on the same topic. This is how much I love her: I was so excited that she credited me on her blog for choosing the color of her wall that I almost fell out of my chair. I’m a dork.
