She’s here! My friends and neighbors had their second little girl on Sunday morning. Her name is Susannah. Isn’t she precious? She was sleeping while we visited so I have not seen her eyes, but I can tell you that she has perfect little toes and fingers, and a cute squishy little nose and very energetic lips, and a whole lot of brownie colored hair.

may you pick daisies and love your family and get into fights
and hug and and make up and climb trees
and eat sour apples and
make faces and scrape your knees and be brave and
geeky and proud and
build sand castles and talk to fish and talk to God and
find friends and make beauty and stomp in puddles and plant m&m trees
and need Band-Aids
and learn to respect fire
and love.
