I just checked my schedule again, and I realized that I have only one Saturday without a wedding shoot for the next nine weeks! Holy Gigabytes Batman. It is most assuredly wedding season. I love it!
What I did not love was my photography equipment all over our entryway table, with power cords and chargers blinking everywhere. I DO like having everything I need for a shoot right by the front door. It’s handy. So a couple days ago I finally did this little project that’s been on my list for the past couple of months. It only took like 5min., so I’m kind of embarrassed that I waited this long. Oh well.
Anyway, that’s our entry. The basket [on clearance at IKEA] holds shoes. The tub [so NOT on clearance] is now rigged to hold my photography gear. My power strip fit nicely in there so I can charge my batteries without having to look at them. Happy.
There you have it. The “Inspiration Board” above the table was inspired by Ali Edwards board in her studio. It changes all the time. And the letters above that can stand for whatever you want. I just like them because they’re letters. And because the “R” is orange with little polka-dots. Oh, and that’s our wedding scrapbook [still in process] on the table.
