Robin is a very close friend of mine. I call her Mama2
.
In dealing with congestive heart failure, she has learned to be amazingly creative with healthy ingredients. My mouth always starts watering when I’m anticipating a meal at Robin’s house, before I’ve even smelled the food!
Robin has been wanting to do a cookbook with her recipes for a long time, so this week we finally got started. She’ll be doing new meals about twice a month for the next few months, and I’ll photograph each of them, and then we will be designing and printing up cookbooks. They will be available for sale for anyone who is interested…and trust me, when you see this amazing food, you will want the recipes!
First up: Robin’s Golden Potato Salad.
Totally satisfies a potato salad craving, but without all the eggs and mayo and salt. DELICIOUS.

Rosemary Turned Chicken. Roasted with sage and onion quarters on the inside. Chopped sage, olive oil and cracked pepper coat the perfectly golden crispy skin.

Mama’s Biscuits. A famous family recipe.
These are the flakiest, tastiest biscuits I’ve ever had. Seriously.

Here is Robin’s Easy Exquisite Orange Mango Sorbet. Mmmm….it’s so zesty and refreshing!
