Here is a Sneak at the next installation of my friend Robin’s amazing soon-to-be cookbook.:)This is an amazing bosque pear gallette (correct me if I butchered the spelling) with vanilla ice-cream and hazelnuts. I’m no food critic – this is just plain mouth drooling-ly delicious. And, in spite of its appearances, is not overly sweet or buttery.


P.S. When the book is finished, it will have approximately 20 scrumptious Robin recipes.
