My good friend and graphic designer Brandon Buerkle read a children’s book about design to me the other day. I wish I could remember the name of it (I’ll have to ask him) because it was fabulous. And one of my favorite lines was “letters are shapes too!” As I’ve mentioned before, people always want to know what my little letter collection “MEANS”, what each letter stands for, etc. If you have asked me that question you have probably seen my exasperated expression.
They’re SHAPES! And COLORS!
That’s why I like them. They’re purrrrty.
So here is something you might not have known about me: I am gradually trying to collect the entire alphabet, each letter completely unique and represented in a different way. Not sure what to get me for Christmas or my birthday?A letter will totally make my day.
The ones that are ORANGE are the ones I don’t have yet. Just in case you were wondering.

tkkpsing - Oh Heather- Do I have a deal for you! I have 3 letters- I know one is an “H…” the others I will have to check, but I just put them in the “Goodwill Box.” They are totally yours. I’ll bring them to The ORCA Thunder Wine and Cheese Extravaganza at Dorrie’s next week.
