Nathan + Stephanie engaged! | Oregon Wedding Photographer

Thanks to mutual friends for connecting Nathan and Stephanie with me! They are getting married this Saturday, Oct. 3rd and I am so excited to photograph their day and see old friends.

We met up in Newberg at a favorite haunt of theirs, the infamous Coffee Cottage;).

I seriously can’t get enough of this late evening fall light. I’ll be sad to see it go.

Nathan is the president of the Volunteer Firefighters Association in Carlton. I have a huge respect for firefighters, so I felt like a 12-year old when I got to see the inside of the Real Fire Station!

I of course had to take more detail shots of the engines.

Stephanie, among her many talents, is a dancer. I am beyond thrilled that she brought her ballet shoes with her for the session. This is my second-place favorite shot of the day.

From the fire station, we headed around the corner, and just across the street in downtown Carlton.

Are they cute or what?

We were literally racing down the road, trying to beat the sun before it disappeared behind the mountains! I set up my off-camera flash for some fun shots in the field. . .

Stephanie and I share a fondness for vintage-style sundresses and mis-matched patterns. I love the little outfits she put together — so much fun to photograph!
