I have been impatiently awaiting the day I could do this Sneak Peek. I liked David and Emily immediately — they are so distinctly unique, and refreshingly comfortable with each other. I am very excited for their Commitment Celebration in March! It is taking place on their 10 year anniversary. I love that.
After a bit of a detour fiasco, and a fairly extensive hike – which Emily did in HEELS! – we arrived at the incredible Powell Butte Nature Park which I am now officially in love with. I am also, of course, in love with the outfits these two put together. It’s not surprising because they are both designers. Emily is a garment designer and David is a graphic designer. Who doesn’t love a classic suit like this? And Emily, being the amazing pro knitter and business-owner she is, made pretty much her entire outfit.

I caught this as Emily was looking up to see the hawk that had just landed in a tree nearby. I ended up really liking the expression. . .
