Milk Day

Thursday is Milk Day now.

I just returned from picking up our very first jars from Charlotte at Champoeg Creamery [which I blogged about HERE].  One of the jars will sit at the back of the fridge to let the cream finish rising until tomorrow morning.  Then we can make butter.  The other jar my husband and I dipped into and each had a little glass full.
